02Will 10 feet reach the mixer at the back of the room?
No. Ten feet is a tie-line length — kit to stage box, rack to console. For a front-of-house run you need a much longer snake.
03Can I send line-level and DI signals through it, not just mics?
Yes. These are balanced analog channels, so mic, line, and DI outputs all pass fine. Phantom power passes through as well.
04Is it okay to use outdoors?
It is rated from −4 °F to 158 °F, so temperature is not the limit. Keep the connector ends out of standing water and off wet ground.
