01Will this work in my 4x12 cab?
Four 8-ohm speakers give 8 ohms in series-parallel, which is the standard wiring for most 4x12s. Mixing this with speakers of other impedances is what causes problems.
02Is 75 watts enough for a 100W head?
Not on its own. One speaker should be rated at or above the amp's output. Four of these in a cab handle 300W total, which covers a 100W head comfortably.
03Does it need breaking in?
New cones and surrounds are stiff and loosen up over the first several hours of playing. Expect it to sound tighter and brighter at first.
04Can I use it for bass or keyboards?
No. It is voiced for guitar and rolls off the highs, and bass excursion will damage a guitar cone at volume.
