02Can I run this with a 100W head?
It's rated 65W continuous. A 100W head into a single one exceeds that. Use two in a 2x12 or keep the amp below the rating.
03What's the difference between the 8 and 15 ohm versions?
Only impedance. Match it to your amp's speaker output, or to the other drivers if you're wiring a multi-speaker cab.
