01Will this fit my trumpet?
Yes, if your horn takes a standard trumpet shank. That covers most student and professional Bb trumpets. It won't fit a cornet or flugelhorn receiver.
02Is it an upgrade over a stock mouthpiece?
It's a better-finished piece with a defined rim contour and silver plating. Whether it plays better for you depends on whether the size suits your chops.
03Why silver and not gold plate?
Silver has a slightly grippier, firmer feel on the lip. Gold is smoother and is mostly chosen by players who react to silver.
04How do I clean it?
