Strong match

Who this is for

  • Running mains and a sub from one rack space
  • Mobile bands and DJs loading in and out weekly
  • Small installs where presets get set once and locked

Consider the trade-offs

When to look elsewhere

  • Home stereo use — fan noise and XLR-only inputs
  • Studio racks in the same room as microphones
  • Large subwoofer arrays that need more headroom

What matters in use

The specifications, translated

Catalog numbers tell only part of the story. These are the details most likely to change how this product feels, sounds, or fits into a setup.

Detail 01

1200W per channel at 4 ohms

Drops to 650W per side into 8-ohm cabs. Know your cabinet impedance before you judge whether this is enough.

Detail 02

Rated down to 2 ohms

You can parallel two 4-ohm cabs per channel and still get 1600W a side, instead of buying a second amp.

Detail 03

Crossovers, delay and limiter onboard

Runs a main-plus-sub rig with no outboard processor. The 50ms of delay covers driver alignment or a short delay fill.

Detail 04

1.4 Vrms sensitivity

It hits full power at ordinary mixer levels, so the front knobs sit well below max. Set gain structure or you clip early.

Detail 05

18.5 lb in 2U

Light enough to rack two and still carry the case. The fan pulls front to rear, so leave air behind the rack.

Detail 06

10.5A under program, 38W idle

One amp is fine on a 15A circuit. Two, plus lighting, is not — plan the power before load-in.

Final check

Know before you order

  1. 01Speakon and XLR cables are not included
  2. 02Bridged operation is rated to 4 ohms — do not go lower
  3. 03Deep DSP editing runs over USB from a computer

Product questions

Before you decide

Straight answers to the questions shoppers most often ask about this product.

01Can I run two speakers per channel?

Yes, if the parallel load stays at 2 ohms or above. Two 4-ohm cabs per side gives 1600W per channel. Two 8-ohm cabs land at 4 ohms.

02Do I still need a separate crossover for my sub?

No. Each channel has highpass and lowpass filters with Butterworth and Linkwitz-Riley slopes, plus bandpass gain and polarity, so you can split mains and sub in the amp.

03How do I change the DSP settings?

The USB Type B port connects it to a computer for setup and preset editing. It holds 30 presets, 29 of which you can define yourself.

04Can I bridge it into one subwoofer?

Yes — 3200W into 4 ohms bridged, 2400W into 8. Bridging uses both channels, so you lose the second output for mains.
