Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The natural-finish D-28 Standard Satin is a right-handed dreadnought acoustic with a spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a satin body treatment. Its sound is described as full-bodied and balanced, with strong projection, deep bass, rich overtones, and clear definition through the highs, mids, and lows. Forward-shifted X-bracing contributes to an open, ringing response. A GE modified low oval neck, high-performance taper, ebony fingerboard, and 25.4-inch scale form the stated playing platform.
