Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Adirondack spruce VTS and East Indian rosewood define this right-handed Custom Shop dreadnought, while forward-shifted X-bracing supports its wide dynamic range, clear notes, and projection. It is an acoustic model suited to players moving between delicate phrasing and stronger flatpicked passages. The satin modified low oval neck combines with an ebony fingerboard and 1.75-inch bone nut for a spacious playing surface. Gold liquid-metal bridge and end pins with paua, flamed maple binding, and a hardshell case complete the build.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Fingerstyle and flatpicking parts that move from quiet detail to stronger attack.
- Recording or performance work where projection, sustain, and rosewood depth matter.
