Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Gibson’s Tobacco Burst Perimeter Thunderbird pairs its reverse mahogany body with a set mahogany SlimTaper neck and a full 34-inch scale. Dual EB Bass humbuckers provide high output, strong low-end punch, and articulation; separate pickup volumes plus a master tone allow deliberate blends from the instrument. Hipshot Ultralite mini-clover tuners address headstock weight and balance, while the Hipshot Supertone bridge offers adjustable string height and precise intonation. It is a distinctive long-scale bass for players who want its reverse-body format and direct control layout.
Strong match
Who this is for
