Independent shopping perspective
Guild’s Jumbo B-240E is a four-string acoustic-electric bass built around a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and Guild’s arched-back design. Its 30 3/4-inch short scale and slim C-shaped neck are intended to make playing comfortable and make the upper frets easier to reach. Onboard Fishman-designed electronics allow the acoustic signal to connect with an amplifier, PA system, or recording DAW. A natural satin finish, Pau Ferro fingerboard and bridge, plus a bone nut and saddle complete the instrument.
