Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Rallye Orange Player II Telecaster pairs a chambered ash body with the classic two-pickup Tele control format. Its Player Series Alnico V Tele single-coils run through a three-way blade switch, master volume, and master tone, giving you neck, bridge, and combined pickup choices without added control complexity. The maple Modern C neck carries a rolled-edge slab rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets, while the fixed string-through-body Tele bridge uses six block-steel saddles.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Right-handed players wanting a chambered-ash Telecaster with two Alnico V Tele single-coil pickups.
- Switching among familiar neck, bridge, and combined pickup settings during a set.
- Players who prefer a fixed six-saddle string-through-body Tele bridge and 25.5-inch scale.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Left-handed players; this guitar is specified for right-handed orientation.
- Players wanting humbuckers; the pickup configuration is two Tele single-coils.
