Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around a two-piece select ash body and a one-piece quartersawn maple neck, this Custom Shop ’55 Telecaster pairs a Super Aged Sonic Blue nitro finish with deliberately worn detailing. Its hand-wound ’55/’56 Tele single-coils cover sharp bridge attack, articulate highs, rounded neck tones, and punchier mids. The three-way blade switch and master volume and tone controls keep the working layout direct. A vintage-style, three-saddle strings-through-body bridge with brass saddles completes the period-led setup.
