Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The limited-edition 50s Telecaster Thinline uses a semi-hollow lightweight select ash body finished in Journeyman Relic lacquer, with subtle checking and wear described as a played-in appearance. A one-piece quartersawn maple neck carries a '57 soft V profile, 9.5-inch radius, and 21 narrow tall frets. The handwound Texas Special neck pickup and Blackguard bridge pickup run through modern Tele wiring with a Greasebucket tone circuit, which lets you reduce highs without muddying the sound. A deluxe hardshell case is included.
