Independent shopping perspective
Suhr’s Hedgehog 50 is a 50W RMS, single-channel tube head that moves between two modes and stores front-panel voicing combinations for recall. Four 12AX7 preamp tubes and two 5881 power tubes form its tube complement. Bright, Boost, Mid and two Deep settings give the control panel several ways to reshape the voice without changing channels. Its programmable loop can operate in series or parallel, with its mode selectable at the front panel or through MIDI.
