Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around a five-string layout, the Euro 5 LX combines a European alder body, flame maple top, and bolt-on three-piece North American maple neck. Active EMG pickups feed the Spector Legacy preamp, giving you three-band control over low, mid, and high frequencies when dialing in a bass part. The 24-fret rosewood fingerboard provides the playing surface, while the lightweight aluminum bridge is adjustable for intonation. It arrives in a Haunted Moss Matte hand-rubbed stain finish with a gig bag.

- Rehearsal or stage use where adjustable bridge intonation and a supplied gig bag are useful.
Consider the trade-offs
