Snare works — it is the same clip-on hoop mount. Kick is a different job and needs a mic built for that low end and placement.
02Do they need phantom power?
No. These are dynamic mics and run off the XLR line without phantom power.
03How many mics come in the box?
Three, with clips and a case. Cables and stands are not included.
04Will the clip damage my drum hoop?
The clip grips the hoop rather than screwing into it. Seat it fully so it does not slip and rattle against the shell during a set.
