02Are they good for classical playing?
Not the usual choice. The brighter, edgier response suits amplified and loud settings more than a blended classical section sound.
03Can I adjust the reed if it plays stiff?
Not really. Sanding removes the coating. If strength 3 plays too stiff, move down to 2.5 instead.
04How long do they last?
Longer than comparable uncoated cane in most cases, since the coating limits water absorption. Actual life depends on playing time and rotation.
