No. Bass clarinet reeds are noticeably larger. They will overhang the mouthpiece on a soprano clarinet and won't seal.
02Is strength 2 right for a beginner?
Yes. Strength 2 is a common starting point on bass clarinet, easy to blow while the embouchure is still developing.
03Why buy 25 instead of a small box?
Lower per-reed cost and enough spares to rotate. Rotating three or four reeds makes each one last considerably longer.
