Plugs straight into a studio interface output at its normal level. No pad, no level matching, no extra converter.

Feed two amps off one track. The isolated output breaks the second ground path, so no hum loop between amps.

01What does a reamp box actually do?

It takes a line-level signal from your interface output and converts it to instrument level and impedance, so an amp or pedal sees it like a guitar.

02Can I run two amps at once?

Yes. There are two 1/4" outputs. The second is transformer isolated, which keeps the two amps from creating a ground loop hum.

03Does it need power?

Yes — 15VDC at 400mA, center positive. It will not run on phantom power or a battery.

04Can I use it as a DI box?

No. A DI takes instrument level to balanced line for the console. This does the reverse, taking balanced line level back to instrument level.
