PRSCE 24 Alder Satin Electric Guitar - Red Apple Metallic

The alder construction provides a clear, balanced tonal foundation, while the bolt-on maple neck brings the snap, immediacy and response that have defined the CE since its introduction in 1988. A Pattern Thin profile, black satin nitro neck finish and rosewood fingerboard keep the playing experience fast and fluid across all 24 frets. PRS 85/15 humbuckers deliver exceptional clarity across an extended frequency range, with a push/pull tone control and three-way toggle providing six versatile pickup voices. A Gen III tremolo and Phase III locking tuners round out a performance-focused specification, bringing proven PRS hardware to an exclusive USA-made electric with a character all its own. Carved Alder Body for Clear, Responsive Tone The CE 24 Alder Satin builds its distinctive voice around a carved alder body, bringing the balanced response, clarity and immediacy of alder to the familiar contours of PRS solidbody design. An ultra-thin satin nitro finish keeps the presentation understated and tactile, following the contours of the body without the heavier feel of a traditional gloss treatment. Paired with the bolt-on maple neck, the carved alder body provides a lively, articulate foundation that complements the direct response at the heart of the CE platform. Black Satin Pattern Thin Neck for Fast, Responsive Playability Bolt-on construction has defined the CE since the original model arrived in 1988, bringing a distinctive sense of snap and immediacy to the PRS playing experience. The CE 24 Alder Satin continues that tradition with a maple neck carved to the streamlined Pattern Thin profile, providing a fast, comfortable shape for fluid chord work and lead playing. Its black satin nitro finish creates a smooth, natural feel beneath the hand, while the 25" scale and 10" radius rosewood fingerboard strike a familiar balance between comfortable fretting and responsive string tension. Twenty-four frets extend the instrument's range to a full two octaves per string, with Old School Bird inlays providing an unmistakable PRS finishing touch. PRS 85/15 Pickups Provide Six Versatile Voices A pair of PRS 85/15 humbuckers gives the CE 24 Alder Satin a broad, articulate voice designed to retain clarity across extended high and low frequencies. The bridge pickup delivers focused attack and definition for rhythm work and leads, while the neck pickup provides a fuller, warmer response without sacrificing note separation. A three-way toggle switch keeps the core humbucker selections immediate, while the push/pull tone control expands the electronics to a total of six sounds for added tonal range. From full-bodied humbucker power to leaner, more articulate textures, the streamlined control layout makes it easy to reshape the guitar's response without interrupting the direct, player-focused character of the CE platform. Gen III Tremolo and Phase III Tuners for Precise Performance PRS equips the CE 24 Alder Satin with its patented Gen III tremolo, providing smooth, expressive pitch control while maintaining the precise feel expected from a USA-made PRS. Phase III locking tuners complement the bridge with an open-back design, unplated brass shafts and wing buttons, combining efficient string changes with smooth, accurate tuning adjustment. Nickel hardware provides a clean finishing touch across the instrument, while PRS Signature 10–46 strings complete the factory setup. A premium gig bag is included for dependable protection and convenient transport between rehearsals, sessions and performances. An Exclusive USA-Made PRS CE With a Distinctive Personality Since its debut in 1988, the CE has offered a distinctive interpretation of the PRS formula, combining the company's refined design language with the snap, sparkle and immediate response of bolt-on construction. The PRS CE 24 Alder Satin carries that idea forward through its carved alder body, Pattern Thin maple neck and versatile 85/15 electronics, creating a focused instrument that feels equally suited to articulate rhythm work and expressive lead playing. Gen III and Phase III hardware complete a specification built around precision and performance, while the ultra-thin satin nitro treatment gives the guitar a direct, understated character.
