02Will my current ligature fit?
Probably not. Metal mouthpieces have a narrower profile than hard rubber, so a rubber-sized ligature usually will not clamp properly. Use a ligature made for metal.
03What reed strength should I use with this?
With a 5* opening, most players land around 2.5 to 3. If you use a 3.5 on a stock mouthpiece, try a 3 here.
04Is metal louder than hard rubber?
