Independent shopping perspective
Built around a reactive load, the black 8 Ohm PowerHouse lets a tube amp operate with its output reduced in both of its modes. Select Load when no live speaker cabinet can be used for silent operation, or use Speaker mode, where the two rear 1/4-inch jacks function as amplifier-style speaker connections. A separate rear 1/4-inch line output can route the signal to an IR player or additional amplifier. Normal, Bright, and Warm settings provide three front-panel voicing options.
