Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around an all-solid-wood 000 body, Martin’s Custom Shop 000 45-Style combines a premium Adirondack spruce top with figured cocobolo back and sides. It is described with a robust low end and shimmering highs, while the natural gloss finish puts the cocobolo’s dramatic grain on display. A mahogany modified low-oval neck meets an ebony fingerboard with radiused edges and 20 frets, giving complex chord work and melodic passages a smooth playing surface. A hardshell case is included.
