Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The handytraxx tube is a portable, all-in-one record player for spinning records away from a permanent audio system. It can run from its included AC adapter or six AA batteries, and the included dust cover supports transport. An aluminum die-cast platter, belt-drive system with CPU-controlled rotation compensation, and JICO J44 A7 MM cartridge make up the playback path. Its built-in NuTube phono amplifier has an adjustable TUBE control, with separate bass and treble controls for hands-on output shaping.
