Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Candy Apple Red distinguishes this San Dimas SD1 HH, but the working formula is its two high-output Jackson humbuckers and Floyd Rose hardware. Use the three-way toggle to move among pickup combinations, then set level and tone from the master controls. The maple fingerboard carries 22 jumbo frets and a 12–16-inch compound radius: rounder near the nut for chord and rhythm work, then flatter toward the upper frets for lead techniques. A graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple neck and sealed die-cast tuners round out the build.
