You can use one of the two legs for a mono sub feed. The second leg just sits unused.
03Will this connect my turntable?
Yes, for the audio. Turntables also need their ground wire attached to the amp's ground post or you'll get hum, and that wire isn't part of this cable.
04Does it work with 1/4" inputs?
Not directly. You'll need RCA-to-1/4" adapters or a different cable, since the connectors don't mate.
