Independent shopping perspective
Southern Fade brings the Ultra Light Aged 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue format to a distinct finish. Its lightweight mahogany body and two-piece figured maple top are matched with a solid mahogany ’59 Medium C neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard. Two CustomBuckers, a three-way selector, and hand-wired circuitry with paper-in-oil capacitors and 500K CTS pots provide the control layout. The Murphy Lab treatment retains only slight lacquer checking and very little playing wear, while the hardware carries a light patina.
