Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
This 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue pairs a mahogany body and two-piece maple top with a mahogany Chunky C neck and rosewood fretboard. Dual CustomBucker Alnico III pickups supply the source-described vintage PAF voice, alongside a no-wire ABR-1 bridge, stopbar tailpiece and vintage-style tuning machines. Its Bourbon Burst finish receives Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aging: slight lacquer checking with very little playing wear. It is a right-handed, 22-fret six-string with a 24.75-inch scale.
