Eight mic preamps with Lundahl LL1538 transformers
Each of the eight inputs includes this transformer model.

Independent shopping perspective
ISA 828 MkII puts eight microphone preamps into a rack-ready front end for a permanently connected studio setup. Every input uses a Lundahl LL1538 transformer, and each channel can take mic or line sources; channels 1–4 also provide front-panel instrument inputs for immediate access. Variable mic impedance, including an ISA 110 setting, gives engineers additional input choices. High-pass filters, six-segment LED metering, and switchable rear inserts support source setup and inline processor routing. The gain structure reaches 80 dB with variable trim.
