Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Clarett+ OctoPre is an eight-channel mic-preamp and ADAT expansion unit for adding a substantial bank of inputs to an ADAT-equipped recording rig. Its eight Clarett+ preamps include Air, and the two front-panel JFET instrument inputs provide direct connections for electric guitar or bass. Dedicated inserts on every channel keep analog processors within reach while tracking. Word-clock BNC I/O supports synchronization, making the OctoPre a focused choice for expanding a studio’s existing interface rather than replacing it.
Strong match
