Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Fender’s Player II Modified Telecaster keeps a two-pickup Tele format but adds a push/pull tone control that engages series wiring. The three-way blade selects between the two Player II Noiseless Tele pickups, while the control expands the wiring option from the same instrument. Its alder body is paired with a satin-finished maple Modern C neck and 9.5-inch rosewood fingerboard. The six-saddle string-through-body bridge, TUSQ nut, and short-post locking tuners make this a Telecaster with specified hardware updates alongside its familiar layout.
