Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
This Player II Modified Telecaster keeps a two-pickup Tele layout while adding series wiring through its push/pull tone control. Both the neck and bridge positions use Player II Noiseless Tele pickups, selected from a three-position blade switch. The alder body carries a maple Modern C neck with satin urethane finish, rolled fingerboard edges, 22 medium-jumbo frets, and a 9.5-inch-radius rosewood board. Its six-saddle, string-through-body Tele bridge uses block brass saddles, with a TUSQ nut and locking short-post tuners.
