Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
StingRay Special H is a right-handed, solidbody four-string bass built with an ash body and roasted maple C neck. Its single neodymium humbucker feeds an 18V active preamp, with separate bass, mid and treble controls for shaping the signal at the instrument. The 34-inch scale, 10-inch fingerboard radius and 22 stainless-steel frets establish the playing layout, while the sculpted five-bolt neck joint is designed to make the upper register easier to reach.
