After the resonators, compression helps control the summed output before it is blended with the dry signal and refined by the onboard equalizer. Powerful Preset Tools Encourage Exploration Forty factory presets provide immediate creative starting points, while space for 60 user presets allows personalized libraries for studio sessions and live performances. Smooth preset morphing replaces abrupt patch changes with seamless transitions over user-selectable fade times, turning movement between sounds into part of the performance itself. The Magic function automatically generates new parameter combinations for instant inspiration, often uncovering unexpected textures that can be refined and stored for future use. Comprehensive MIDI Control Expands Creative Workflow Nearly every processing parameter can be controlled via MIDI, allowing the Razornator to integrate naturally into hardware rigs and DAW-based production environments. MIDI note input plays the resonator tunings directly, while assignable MIDI CC messages provide detailed automation from sequencers, controllers or software. USB connectivity supports firmware updates along with preset backup and sharing, and a configurable footswitch can be assigned to bypass, preset navigation, freeze functions and other live-performance commands for hands-free control.
