Independent shopping perspective
Designed with Doug Aldrich, the DA100 is a three-channel, 100W tube head built around four EL34 power tubes and three ECC83 preamp tubes. Its OD voice switch changes the overdrive channel to a hot-rodded plexi-style setting for saturated, articulate drive sounds. Power can be reduced to 10W when full output is not required. The supplied five-way FS-14 DA controller also brings the effects loop in or out during a set, while Architect software adjusts its tail length.
