Valve mix switch: EL34, 6L6, or blend
Choose either listed power-valve type or combine both for 100W operation.

Independent shopping perspective
The St. James 100 head puts Blackstar’s 100W tube platform into an amp-head format. Use the valve-mix switch to select EL34s, 6L6s, or a blend, then organize a multi-sound rig through four footswitchable channels, adjustable footswitchable boost, and a footswitchable series or parallel effects loop. The three-position Cut selector offers selectable high-frequency control, and output can be reduced to 5%. For live direct or recording workflows, it provides a reactive load, CabRig technology, USB audio, and XLR DI connections. A six-way footcontroller is included.
