Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Wuhan's 457 is a 12 in. splash cymbal for short, prominent accents in a drum part. It combines a bright, cutting tone with quick decay, so the sound arrives clearly and gets out of the way. The bronze body and hand-hammered treatment bring warmth, complexity, and texture to its musical character. It is aimed at jazz and fusion setups where a shimmering splash can add another layer of color without stretching a budget.
