Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Vater’s Extended Play 5A Nylon sticks focus their added protection where repeated playing can be hard on a stick. A pearl-colored finish covers the tip and shoulder area to resist early chips and cracks, while the 3-inch Stick Shield sits at the rimshot contact point. The grip retains the finish used on Vater sticks. It is a 5A nylon model with a medium taper for drummers who want the Extended Play construction in their regular stick choice.
