The Korena take
Taylor’s Next Generation 712ce is a right-handed, six-string Grand Concert acoustic-electric built around a cedar top and rosewood back and sides. Its compact body, Venetian cutaway and 20-fret layout support extended playing and access farther up the neck. Scalloped V-Class bracing is designed for warmth, open-string resonance, sustain and balance, while the Action Control neck allows precise string-height changes without taking off the strings or neck. Claria electronics provide onboard amplified control for recording and live use.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Fingerstyle parts and dynamic playing that draw on the cedar top’s responsive character.
- Recording or ensemble work where a clear Grand Concert voice can occupy its own space.
