Bottom-nut switch
Locks or releases the clutch with one touch.

Independent shopping perspective
TAMA’s QHC7 replaces the usual clutch adjustment with a bottom-nut switch for one-touch locking and release. That gives a drummer a direct way to change hi-hats more quickly, while the switch also holds the top cymbal securely during playing. Its specially shaped upper nut is designed to let the top hi-hat float more freely for its natural resonance. Check the diameter of a non-TAMA hi-hat rod before fitting it.
