Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The Paranormal Esquire Deluxe puts a single Fender-Designed Wide Range Humbucker at the center of a six-string, single-cutaway electric guitar. Its three-position rotary control moves between the full humbucker, a humbucker setting that bypasses the tone circuit, and the pickup’s inner coil. Master volume and tone controls remain on hand, with a six-saddle string-through-body hardtail bridge, C-shaped maple neck, and vintage-style tuners completing the setup.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Moving between full humbucker, tone-bypassed humbucker, and inner-coil pickup settings.
- A straightforward single-pickup guitar layout with master volume and tone controls.
Consider the trade-offs
When to look elsewhere
- Players who need a case or gig bag supplied with the guitar; both are sold separately.
