SquierParanormal Stratocaster Deluxe Electric Guitar - Lake Placid Blue

The Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe electric guitar reworks the familiar Strat formula with a distinctly unconventional pickup pairing, combining Telecaster-style neck clarity, humbucker bridge power and coil-split flexibility in one offset-from-tradition Squier design. Finished in Lake Placid Blue with a parchment pickguard, this Paranormal model blends a nyatoh body, large '70s-inspired headstock, vintage-style tremolo and Indian laurel fingerboard for a familiar feel with a more adventurous voice. From bright, articulate rhythm tones to thicker bridge-driven leads, the Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe delivers a creative spin on a Fender classic. Telecaster Clarity Meets Humbucker Punch The Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe pairs the snappy response of a Fender-Designed alnico Telecaster neck pickup with the thick, saturated punch of a Fender-Designed alnico humbucker at the bridge. A 3-way blade switch provides fast access to core pickup voices, while push/pull coil-split functionality on the tone control unlocks additional single-coil-style sounds from the bridge humbucker. This expanded pickup layout gives players a wide range of clean, driven and split-coil textures without sacrificing the comfortable feel of a Stratocaster platform. Deluxe-Era Styling With a Large '70s Headstock Drawing from Fender's Deluxe-era design language, this Paranormal model features a large '70s-inspired Stratocaster headstock and skirted amp-style control knobs for a bold visual identity. The gloss polyurethane-finished Lake Placid Blue nyatoh body, parchment pickguard and chrome hardware create a striking appearance that stands apart from traditional Stratocaster designs while remaining rooted in classic Fender style. It is a Stratocaster at heart, but with the kind of unexpected details that define the Paranormal series. Comfortable Neck Feel With an Indian Laurel Fingerboard A comfortable "C"-shaped maple neck provides an easy-playing feel for rhythm work, lead lines and extended sessions. Paired with an Indian laurel fingerboard, a 9.5" radius and 22 narrow tall frets, the neck offers smooth bends, accurate fretting and comfortable chording across a wide range of playing styles. A satin urethane neck finish supports a smooth, natural feel, making this guitar easy to navigate whether you're practicing, recording or performing. Vintage-Style Tremolo and Reliable Hardware The 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge lets players add subtle shimmer, expressive vibrato and classic pitch movement while maintaining dependable performance. Vintage-style tuning machines provide smooth tuning adjustment and traditional Fender-inspired looks, while a 25.5" scale length and nickel-plated steel strings preserve familiar Stratocaster tension and response. Together, these details make the Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe feel approachable, stable and ready for a wide range of playing styles. A Creative Stratocaster Built for Broader Tones With its Telecaster neck pickup, coil-splittable bridge humbucker, vintage-style tremolo and Deluxe-inspired visual attitude, the Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe is built for players who want something beyond a standard Stratocaster. Its blend of familiar ergonomics and unexpected electronics makes it a strong fit for guitarists who move between crisp cleans, punchy rhythm parts and thicker driven tones. For players drawn to classic Fender shapes with a more adventurous voice, the Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe offers a distinctive take on one of the world's most recognizable electric guitars.
