Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
For a compatible Shure wireless handheld, the red V7 MC1 supplies a DMC7 dynamic capsule with a supercardioid pickup pattern. It is designed for live vocal work, using high off-axis and feedback rejection to keep attention on the vocal source amid surrounding stage sound. The capsule’s integrated suspension reduces handling noise and mechanical vibration, and the internal windscreen works on plosives and wind noise. A zinc-alloy housing and spring-steel grille round out the stage-oriented design.
