Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The 16-inch HHX Complex Thin Crash brings a dark, richly detailed crash sound to parts that need quick punctuation. A thin profile lets it open promptly, and the short decay helps keep intricate passages uncluttered. Its raw bell, along with the combination of HH and HHX hammering, gives the cymbal an expressive, complex character. Cast B20 bronze supplies warmth and shimmer alongside the crash’s darker tonal direction.
