Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The 8-inch B8X Splash is a compact accent cymbal with an extremely fast, bright response and punchy high-end cut. It is made for quick punctuation rather than sustained crash work, bringing short, immediate accents into a cymbal setup. Precision forming, hammering, and lathing are used to keep its sound tonally tight.
