Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Gold Tone’s OB-2 Bowtie is a right-handed five-string banjo with a solid mahogany neck, maple resonator, and 19-hole brass tone ring. Its golden sunburst gloss finish is joined by cream binding and nickel hardware. Gotoh planetary tuners, a Snuffy Smith bridge, and a Presto-style tailpiece make up the hardware arrangement. Dual coordinator rods provide precise adjustment, and an included case accompanies the instrument.
