01Do these fit a standard 5-piece kit?
Only if your toms are 12, 16, and 18 inches. Most standard 5-piece kits use 12 and 13 rack toms with a 16 floor tom, so sizes would not line up.
02Are these top or bottom heads?
Batter heads for the top playing surface. Resonant heads for the underside are sold separately and are a thinner film.
03How do Vintage Emperors differ from regular Emperors?
Thinner film. Same two-ply warmth and control, but more sensitivity and a slightly more open, less choked response at moderate volume.
04Do I need a drum key?
Yes. Not included. You need one to remove the old head and tension the new one evenly around the hoop.
