01Can I use brushes on these?
No. Clear film is smooth with no texture, so brushes slide without producing sound. You need coated heads for brush work.
02How is this different from a coated head?
Clear gives more attack, more sustain and brighter overtones. Coated is warmer and shorter, and it lets brushes grip. Same shell fit either way.
03Will these fit my toms?
Only if your shell diameters match the pack's sizes. Measure each shell edge to edge before ordering — rim size does not tell you.
04Do I need bottom heads too?
If your toms are double-headed, yes, and they are bought separately. Old resonant heads still tune fine if they are not dented or pitted.
