Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The 22-inch Powermax Ebony is a marching bass drum head with a 10-mil, single-ply Ebony film and a reflective black finish. Its internal inlay ring works with a free-floating muffling ring and Bottom Black Dot to emphasize controlled tone, attack, projection and durability. A high-tension Crimplock hoop adds a broader tuning range and increased stability. It is a focused option when the job calls for a 22-inch head made specifically for marching bass drum applications.
