Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
The 20-inch Powermax 2 is a marching bass drum head with two 7-mil Ultra White film plies and an internal inlay ring. Its free-floating muffling ring and Bottom White Dot are intended to manage tone without giving up attack or low-end projection. The high-tension Crimplock hoop provides a wider tuning range along with increased stability, helping keep the head’s setup controlled. An Ultra White finish completes the design.
