The Korena take
Built around a right-handed dreadnought body, this six-string combines a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and fully scalloped X bracing. Its cutaway gives easier access along the 20-fret neck, while Fishman Presys electronics place a side-mounted preamp, three-band EQ, and phase control on the instrument. The dreadnought’s deep bass and strong mids suit ensemble strumming, with onboard electronics available when the guitar needs to be plugged in.
Strong match
Who this is for
- Ensemble strumming that benefits from the dreadnought’s deep bass and strong midrange presence.
- Plugged-in stage strumming with Fishman Presys electronics and side-mounted preamp controls.
Consider the trade-offs
